Right before college, I landed my summer dream job—a Disneyland ride operator on Storybook Land. I met guests from all over the world and learned about exemplary service and attention to even the smallest details. Later I returned to Disney to lead a consumer insights team.

My early Disney experiences led to a career advocating for consumers and helping companies of all sizes grow.
• Advise clients such as Wells Fargo, First Republic, and small tech companies on strategic direction, business growth, improving operations, and creating communications strategies.
• At a major Bay Area law firm, developed/implemented long-term strategy leading to growth. Led the marketing team which completed 600+ projects a year.
• At Charles Schwab, led teams that shaped wealth and retirement customer strategy and generated 500+ research studies impacting strategic, positioning and product decisions.
• At Disneyland, demonstrated how consumer insights added value and did not diminish creativity. Work influenced $4 billion of theme park spend and over $1 billion in advertising.
