About the Presenter

Rebecca A. Ward, Founder, Iris Institute, Licensed Therapist, Author, Speaker, and Executive Coach is a widely regarded expert in the field of somatics (soma is Greek for body). Studying under the experts in this field, she brings 30-years of combined experience and deep expertise in leadership embodiment. Rebecca works across a multitude of industries, leveraging her breadth and depth of expertise to empower leaders to transform how they speak, act and lead. Her neuroscience-backed interventions are not only innovative and ground-breaking, but also pragmatic and results-oriented. Rebecca hosts in-person and online workshops for leaders and one-on-one intensives to accelerate leadership growth. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the International Coaching Federation. Her most recent contribution is as author of a new book called The Paper Tiger Syndrome: How to Liberate Yourself from the Illusion of Fear. The book is helping leaders build competency and capacity to navigate stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
