And, without doubt, the effectiveness with which leaders blend and manage organizational culture can make or break a merger.

In this presentation, we will uncover the importance of being culturally intelligent in maintaining trust in your negotiations. We will uncover the 3 P’s of negotiating across cultures. This includes power, perspective and performance- focusing on innovative ROI via cultural inclusion. Most of all we will re-define what ‘culture” and being ‘culturally intelligent’ means in negotiating. 

About the Presenter

Mark Davis

Mark Davis is Founder CEO of The Negotiation Initiative - the world’s only culturally intelligent negotiation consultancy. His company’s programs utilize cultural intelligence (CQ) to inform behavioral change when planning, preparing and executing negotiations; this process maximizes ROI via inclusive innovation. Over the past decade he has trained, coached, and mentored Executives and their teams, around the globe. Many of the world’s largest organizations including Coca Cola Company, Henkel, L’Oréal, Mars, Rolls Royce, Unilever & Walmart have utilized his expertise. 

Prior to establishing The Negotiation Initiative, Davis spent five years at The Gap Partnership, one of the world’s largest negotiation training providers. Specializing in FMCG (CPG) & Retail, he managed the UK/European business of several of their global accounts. As Principal Consultant he was also responsible for guiding all new consultants, across the globe, through their induction programs.”
