November 1, 2023 Program Topic: Appreciation 'Tis the season for Thanksgiving and Celebration. And yet the world has many difficulties as well as joys. Let's gather together and share ideas, insights, challenges and concerns around how best to express appreciation for our clients, ourselves, our family and friends.
October 4, 2023 Program Topic: Money, Money, Money — MONEY Get started on your 2024 financial planning with this awesome Sandbox session led by Denise Grove. Denise is a member of Women In Consulting. She's also an Entrepreneur, Financial Coach, and fractional CFO, with a tight focus on increasing financial wisdom for business owners, individuals, organizations, and communities to prosper. We will explore top concerns attendees have in regards to their financial plan – cash flow, bottom line, and revenue – and, leveraging Denise's deep knowledge as well as the insights and questions from all participant, get you focused on your 2024 financial plan.
August 2, 2023 Program Topic: Video Creation: Record your Introductions or Elevator Pitch Our July Expert Series features Ginger Weeden Video Messaging Platforms: Why use them? As a complement to that session, our August Sandbox will provide attendees opportunity to get tips from Ginger on being video-ready, record a video and get tips for editing and using the video. July 5, 2023 Program Topic: Ethics in Consulting A shout out to Kathryn Gorges and Birgitte Rasineand all the attendees for an amazing conversation during the June Special Event: What Consultants, Coaches, and Experts Need to Know About Marketing Ethics. 90-minutes just wasn't enough time so we are continuing the conversation during the July Sandbox. June 7, 2023 Program Topic: Is this the RIGHT problem? When your clients come to you with a problem, do you assume that it’s the right problem to solve? The question is: Is it the RIGHT problem? Angel Rampy and Ellen Grace Henson will be facilitating an open dialogue on how we all define a "problem." You are invited to share some of your client problems and insights about a time when you unraveled a client's problem. Together we will ALL diagnose a problem, ask the right questions, and test assumptions. This will be a group exercise, and the learnings will be immediately applicable in your own work in helping your clients identify and solve the right problem. Bring your challenging problem to the table. May 3, 2023 Program Topic: Brainstorming Tools and Skills Brainstorming can play a vital role in nurturing group creative and problem-solving activity.
