This mastermind group gives you the chance to have the guidance of an experienced executive coach coupled with the wisdom of some like-minded, accomplished peers to help you break through any internal barriers you have (unknown or known) to achieve success on your terms.
You have a need, desire, and passion for what you want in your business and your life. Maybe you feel like something’s missing even with the success you have. Or maybe you have a dream that you’re not sure how to realize. Maybe you’re in the throes of figuring out the legacy you’ll leave.

Program Meetings and Registration Details
- Cost to participate: Introductory price of $2,500; discounts for Women In Consulting members
- Number of participants: 4-6
- Meeting details:
- Circle meets every 2-weeks as a group; every other week as buddy coaches; 1:1 executive coaching session in first month 30-minutes to 1-hour as needed
- 12 meetings with group 2-hours in length; 12 meetings with group partner 30-minutes in length
- Requires ongoing commitment for the 6-months of the program

Facilitator Bio
Gail M. Webber, M.A., Executive Coach, Exponential Growth Circle Facilitator
Gail M. Webber has 30 years of management, leadership, communications and coaching experience in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500; for organizations in public sectors and nonprofit; and, for dozens who engaged her to work with them as individuals. She guides improvement of people skills for employees at all levels. One CFO called her results “phenomenal.” Having long had an affinity for doing the right things as well as doing things right—learned from Peter Drucker—she edges ever closer to finding what matters most for clients and for her self. Values, behavioral and innate, are central; individual differences are honored and respected; and, to make the best possible contributions are among her ever-present guiding principles. Gail earned her Master of Arts with Distinction and a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude. Ever on a journey of learning, she completes challenging training programs every year to assure she stays current and adds new capabilities for serving.
