Angel Rampy, Satellites Director
Angel Rampy is the founder and president of Success through Learning. With more than 20 years of experience as a manager, trainer, business consultant, and personal coach, she has the skills needed to empower and transform organizations and individuals. Her work spans from providing and developing customized training to corporations; to providing one on one coaching to executives and entrepreneurs.

Angel has worked with companies in many industries, including computers, telecommunications; manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, banking, biotech and nonprofit organizations. Her European-Asian background, experience working in countries around the world, and command of several languages makes her a valuable trainer and coach with keen insight into cultural issues and assumptions. She works well with diverse teams because she understands individual’s values and expectations, and respects the attributes that make each culture unique.

Angel has completed courses of work with the Coaches Training Institute, Center for Right Relationship in San Rafael, California and the College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara, California. She is Career Power Certified, a Certified Master Change Management Trainer through William Bridges and Associates, and a High Performance Workplace Master Trainer.

Angel holds a B.A. degree, cum laude, in mass communications from Maryknoll College in the Philippines. She was raised in the Philippines of Spanish ancestry. She has trained internationally in Singapore, China, Australia, Spain, Germany, Stockholm, Canada, and the Philippines. Angel is fluent in English, Spanish, and Pilipino (also known as Tagalog).
