Please carefully read these terms and conditions before using these Women in Consulting World Wide Web pages ("Site"). By using the Site you indicate your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use the Women in Consulting Site. If you are a United States resident, you must be over 18 years old to use this site. If you are considered a minor in your country of residence, you shall not use this site. Any violation of the Terms & Conditions will not be tolerated and will warrant any and all legal consequences as stated in the Terms & Conditions or provided by applicable law.

The Women in Consulting Terms & Conditions may change without notice, and your continued use of the Site automatically means that you accept those changes. Content ("Content") includes all pages of the Site including personal commentaries, researched material, articles submitted by the general public for inclusion to the Site as well as any information posted by Site visitors to the interactive bulletin boards, discussion forums, and live chat rooms on the Site. Women in Consulting makes no claims the Content when used, viewed or downloaded will not be a violation of applicable law in any jurisdiction. Access to the Content (including Software) may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. These are provided as an exemplar and may need to be modified or discarded, dependent upon an individual member's particular need or use. Registration Information/Privacy Policy

When you register on the Women in Consulting Site, you will be required to provide the company with the following information: your name, email address, company/organization name, city, country, business category, description of your company's services, and a password that you select. In addition, you may choose to provide the company with additional information, including: business address, job title, postal code/zip code, state/province, web address, and how you learned about the site.

Women in Consulting will not sell to any third party your name, address, email address and member name, unless you provide your informed consent, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, police investigations, or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. Additionally, Women in Consulting may assign, sell, license, or otherwise transfer to a third party, your name, address, email address, member name and any other personal information in connection with an assignment, sale, joint venture, or other transfer or disposition of a portion or all of the assets or stock of Women in Consulting or its affiliated entities.

Women in Consulting reserves the right to offer you third party services and products based on the preferences that you identify during the registration process and based on your subsequent preferences. Women in Consulting reserves the right to terminate your membership if Women in Consulting learns that you have provided Women in Consulting with false or misleading registration information.

Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Women in Consulting of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

Email List Usage

The WIC Community, WIC Off-Topic, and WIC Member email lists are provided as a service of Women in Consulting, Inc. All message authors are solely responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless Women in Consulting from, the content of their messages. By posting a message hereon, the posting party grants WIC and users of the list the nonexclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print and use such information or other material without remuneration of any kind. Women in Consulting accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information posted on this list. The email listserv program broadcasts messages to all current list subscribers with no editorial review by Women in Consulting; WIC does not verify the accuracy of submitted messages nor does it endorse the opinions expressed by message authors. In the event an inappropriate posting is brought to Women in Consulting's attention, Women in Consulting will take the action that it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Women in Consulting reserves the right to terminate access to any user at any time and/or to discontinue the listserv. Utilizing or posting to this list indicates agreement with these guidelines.

Copyright and Proprietary Rights

By using this Site, you acknowledge that the Content of the Site includes but is not limited to information, communications, software, photos, text, video, graphics, music, sounds, images and other material and services which is generally provided by Women in Consulting. Choice Of Law And Jurisdiction

Remedies for Breach of these Terms by You

In the event that Women in Consulting determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any portion of these Terms and Conditions, or have otherwise demonstrated conduct inappropriate for the Site, Women in Consulting reserves the right to (i) warn you via e-mail that you have violated these Terms and Conditions; (ii) delete any Content provided by you or your agent(s) to Site, (iii) delete all Content provided by you to Site, (iv) discontinue your registration with Site; (v) notify and/or send Content to and/or fully cooperate with the proper law enforcement authorities for further action; and/or (vi) any other action which Women in Consulting deems to be appropriate.

Miscellaneous

In the event that any provision of the Terms and Conditions conflicts with the law under which the Terms and Conditions are to be construed or if any such provisions are held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties to the Terms and Conditions, such provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

The failure of either party to insist upon or enforce strict performance by the other party of any provision of the Terms and Conditions or to exercise any right under the Terms and Conditions will not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of such party's right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance, rather, the same will be and remain in full force and effect.

Women in Consulting may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions and upon such assignment Women in Consulting may be relieved of any further obligation hereunder.

Women in Consulting reserves the right to charge fees, surcharges and/or membership fees at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you.

Entire Agreement

This is the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
