Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registered attendees of a meeting or workshop will receive an email before the event reminding them that they have registered.

Monthly Meetings

Members WITHOUT annual meeting passes, Affiliates & Non-Members
You can request a refund up to Tuesday at Noon prior to the monthly meeting (third Thursday of each month). After Tuesday at Noon, no refunds will be issued. You will receive a refund less the $4.50 processing fee.

Members WITH Annual Meeting Passes
You must cancel your reservation for a monthly meeting no later than Tuesday at Noon the week of the monthly meeting (third Thursday of each month). If a member does not cancel in advance and ends up not showing at a meeting, we will follow up with the member after the meeting and remind she/he about the cancellation policy. If a member misses two meetings in a membership year without advanced cancellation, we will charge the member $25 for the second missed meeting.

While we understand special circumstances, we request your cooperation with this policy in order to help us plan meals accurately with the restaurant and make the most of membership funds.

Workshops

You may cancel your attendance at a workshop no later than 72 hours before the event. You will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee. Within 72 hours of a workshop, no refunds will be processed.

Membership Dues

No refunds given on membership dues once paid. WIC Memberships are not transferrable.

Non-Members who decide to join WIC as a Member or Affiliate list subscribers who decide to upgrade to Member within a week of attending a monthly meeting will receive a full refund of your guest fee ($50) upon receipt of your dues payment.

How to Cancel and Request a Refund

All requests for cancellations and refunds must be sent to info@womeninconsulting.org. We would appreciate hearing from any registrant regarding a cancellation EVEN UP TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
