Refund & Cancellation Policy
All registered attendees of a meeting or workshop will receive an email before the event reminding them that they have registered.
Monthly Meetings
Full Members WITHOUT General Meeting Passes, WIC Community Members & Non-members
You can request a refund up to Tuesday at noon prior to the general meeting (third Thursday of each month). You will receive a refund less the $5 processing fee. After Tuesday at noon, no refunds will be issued.
Members WITH General Meeting Passes
You must cancel your reservation for a general meeting no later than Tuesday at noon the week of the general meeting (third Thursday of each month). If a member does not cancel in advance and ends up not showing at a meeting, we will follow up with the member after the meeting and remind she/he about the cancellation policy. If a member misses two meetings in a membership year without advanced cancellation, we will charge the member $25 for the second missed meeting.
While we understand special circumstances, we request your cooperation with this policy in order to help us plan meals accurately with the restaurant and make the most of membership funds.
Workshops
You may cancel your attendance at a workshop no later than 72 hours before the event. You will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee. Within 72 hours of a workshop, no refunds will be issed.
Membership Dues
No refunds given on membership dues once paid. WIC Memberships are not transferrable.
Non-members who decide to join WIC as a Full Member within a week of attending a general meeting will receive a $20 refund upon receipt of your dues payment.
How to Cancel and Request a Refund
All requests for cancellations and refunds must be sent to info@womeninconsulting.org. We would appreciate hearing from any registrant regarding a cancellation EVEN UP TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
