Sponsor Program

Promote and market your business by becoming a Women in Consulting (WIC) Sponsor!

The WIC Sponsorship Program is a low cost opportunity to gain more visibility, expand your referral base and grow your business within the WIC community. The types of sponsorship opportunities available are:

Table Sponsor ($250 + cost of dinner)

• Table at a monthly meeting
• Two minutes at the podium at the meeting to speak about themselves & their company 
• Sponsorship rotating ad on the WIC website “home page” for one month - 187 x 200 non-standard size
• Sponsor logo will remain on the WIC website under the “Sponsorship” page as one of the past sponsors of WIC. 
• Name in email that goes to all people on the WIC list announcing monthly meetings
• Handout at table (sponsor must provide printouts)
• Exposure and visibility to WIC members
• Opportunity to expand referral base
• Opportunity for business-oriented sponsor companies to do business with WIC members

Banner Ad ($175.00)

• Banner ads are at the top right hand corner of every page of the WIC website
• Banner ads will be one month in length
• Banner ad slot is at the top right hand corner of every page on the WIC website
• 468 x 60 (Standard banner ad size)
• Ad design is included in the banner package. Sponsor just needs to send artwork to us and it will be designed to fit the space.

Rotating Sponsor Ad ($99.00 or package discount)

• Ads will be posted only on the home page and will rotate on the screen
• There will be no more than 4 sponsor ads rotating per month on the screen
• 187 x 200 non-standard size 
• No flashing or moving items or animations permitted
• Fee Schedule –
  • $99.00 for one (1) month
  • $175.00 for two (2) months
  • $200.00 for three (3) months
