WIC Monthly Meeting Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registered attendees of a monthly meeting will receive an e-mail before a meeting reminding them that they have registered for a meeting.

WIC Affiliate List Subscribers & Non-Member Refunds
You may request a refund up to Tuesday at Noon prior to the monthly meeting (third Thursday of each month). After Tuesday at Noon, no refunds will be issued. You will receive a refund less the $4.50 processing fee ($45.50).

Non-Members who decide to join WIC as a Member or Affiliate list subscribers who decide to upgrade to Member within a week of attending a monthly meeting will receive a full refund of your guest fee ($50) upon receipt of your dues payment.

WIC Members
You must cancel your reservation for a monthly meeting no later than Tuesday at Noon the week of the monthly meeting (third Thursday of each month). If a Member does not cancel in advance and ends up not showing at a meeting, we will follow up with the Member after the meeting and remind he/she about the cancellation policy. If a Member misses two meetings in a membership year without advanced cancellation, we will charge the Member $25 for the second missed meeting.

While we understand special circumstances, we request your cooperation with this policy in order to help us plan meals accurately with the restaurant and make the most of membership funds.

All requests for cancellations and refunds must be sent to info@womeninconsulting.org.

No refunds given on membership dues once paid. WIC Memberships are not transferrable.
