Refund & Cancellation Policy
Individuals will receive an email immediately upon registration and payment, confirming that they have successfully completed the registration process.
Basic Members, Premium Members, & Non-Members
You can request a refund up to Tuesday at noon prior to the general meeting (third Thursday of each month). You will receive a refund less the $5 processing fee. After Tuesday at noon, no refunds will be issued.
You may cancel your attendance at a satellite meeting no later than 72 hours before the event. You will receive a full refund for requests received on time. Within 72 hours of a satellite meeting, no refunds will be issued.
You may cancel your attendance at a workshop no later than 72 hours before the event. You will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee. Within 72 hours of a workshop, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds are given on membership dues or meeting passes once they are paid for. WIC Memberships and meeting passes are not transferrable.
Non-Members who enroll in the Leaders Network or become a Premium Member by paying their membership dues within a week of attending a general meeting will receive a rebate of $20 off of the fee originally paid.
How to Cancel and Request a Refund
All requests for cancellations and refunds must be sent via email. We appreciate hearing from any registrant regarding a cancellation even up to the day of the event.
